Refund policy

For all returns, please contact us on 02 9388 2629 of complete our contact form.

Our Customer Service Team will respond to you within 2 working days. Depending on the problem our customer service team will determine how best to resolve your problem with minimum inconvenience to you.

If it is found that the item you received is faulty, we will exchange. The item needs to be returned within 21 days of purchase, in its original packaging to our warehouse.

Returned goods postage will be paid by the customer.

If we no longer have any more of the product in stock, then a full refund will be provided.

For a change of mind returned purchase a restocking fee of $10 will apply.
